Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property owners.

1. Standard Cancellation

• Free Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will incur a penalty equivalent to one day's rental fee (or as specified on the individual property listing).

2. How to Cancel To cancel a booking, please log into your account on appsretail.site, navigate to "My Bookings," and select the cancellation option. Alternatively, you can email us at contact@appsretail.site with your booking reference number.

3. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation cost.
